At CrossFit Edinburgh we believe in integration between newcomers and regulars. All sessions are closely coached and everything is gradeable to ALL levels! This was the original CrossFit method.
Our sessions are varied and interesting, revolving around a four day per week strength cycle that gets results...... big time! We also exclusively offer CoreFit - our own brand of Gymnastics conditioning and Calisthenics. We also run Beach Fitness sessions at Portobello. PLEASE NOTE - We include a full and relevant warm up and warm down in every session. The emphasis is on fun, hardwork and safety!
As a British Weightlifting Association Assistant Club Coach we offer specialised Oly Lifting sessions as well as integrating them into sessions too. We have a special method of using Oly lifting in WODs that keeps the form good and is a highly effective method of learning.
The gym is actually available 24/7 with certain memberships for trusted members.
